Job Summary

From your very first day, you will jump right into helping us pack and dispatch over 500 daily customer shipments. This part-time role offers 15 to 25 flexible hours per week in a fast-moving physical retail center. You will serve as Part-time, delivering the signature Action-Oriented Precision that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail warehouse operations.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Pick and Audit Orders: Scan barcodes using Zebra handheld scanners to pick 45 retail items per hour with an accuracy rate of 99.5% or higher.
• Package Customer Goods: Pack 30 outgoing shipments hourly into custom shipping boxes using corrugated tape dispensers, bubble wraps, and thermal shipping label printers.
• Inventory Data Entry: Log returned and processed stock items directly into the ShipStation inventory software to maintain 100% accurate daily stock counts.
• Manifest and Dispatch: Stage and sort 150 packaged boxes per shift onto designated carrier pallets for daily FedEx and UPS pickup schedules.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds throughout a 5-hour shift.

• Availability to work 15 to 25 hours per week on weekday mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED credential.
