Job Summary

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Stocking & Merchandising: Process and display 150+ incoming merchandise items daily using Zebra handheld scanners to keep retail shelves fully stocked and visually appealing.
• Inventory Audits: Perform weekly cycle counts across 12 product categories using Square POS software to maintain 98% inventory accuracy and reduce loss.
• Customer Service Support: Assist up to 40 walk-in shoppers during a 4-hour shift, answering questions and locating products to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Floor Maintenance: Maintain clean, safe aisles across a 5,000-square-foot floor area by following safety checklists twice daily during peak retail shopping hours.
