• Invoice Processing: Process up to 45 vendor invoices weekly in QuickBooks Desktop, verifying itemized packing slips against incoming store stock shipments.
• Supply Management: Monitor inventory levels for store office supplies and submit replenishment orders twice monthly, maintaining an office budget under 1,500 dollars.
• Record Archiving: Digitize and organize 200 plus employee shift logs and compliance documents monthly into Google Drive, maintaining organized audit-ready digital records.
