Job Summary

You will work directly alongside experienced lead associates and store managers who love sharing retail tips and helping you grow. This 15 to 25 hour weekly role offers flexible morning or evening shifts that fit easily around your college classes or a secondary job. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Point of Sale Operations: Operate Lightspeed POS software to scan 40 plus customer transactions hourly with zero cashiering cash drawer discrepancies per shift.
• Floor Merchandising: Restock 15 product display bays daily using handheld inventory scanners to ensure all high-demand merchandise remains fully face-stocked.
• Customer Support: Assist over 30 retail shoppers daily with product selection, maintaining a 95 percent customer satisfaction rating on post-purchase feedback.
• Inventory Auditing: Audit 50 stock keeping units weekly using digital barcode readers to maintain accurate stock counts and prevent inventory shrinkage.
