Comprehensive Responsibilities

• POS Checkout & Transactions: You will operate Shopify POS terminals to scan items, process 40 to 60 daily customer transactions, and handle cash or digital payments seamlessly.
• Inventory Tracking & Scans: Using Zebra TC52 handheld scanners, you will audit 150 store products daily to keep our inventory system perfectly synced for shoppers.
• In-Store Returns & Exchanges: You will process up to 25 customer returns per shift using Zendesk Retail Desk while issuing store credits and restocking items efficiently.
• Customer Queue Management: You will manage customer inquiries using digital kiosk displays, keeping check-out wait times under 3 minutes for over 200 daily visitors.

Requirements & Qualifications
