Job Summary

- POS Operations: Process 40 to 60 customer transactions daily using LightSpeed POS software while accurately managing cash drawers and digital payment terminals.
- Customer Assistance: Greet roughly 100 store visitors daily, helping them locate products across 6 main retail departments to achieve a 95% satisfaction rating.
- Inventory Replenishment: Unpack weekly shipments of 150 inventory units, scanning items into the Zebra handheld inventory system and stocking store shelves precisely.
- Floor Maintenance: Perform hourly visual sweeps across 3,500 square feet of retail space to organize product displays and restock checkout counter items.
