Job Summary

If you need a flexible 15 to 25 hour weekly schedule that easily fits around your college classes or primary job, we would love to meet you. As a store clerk, you will keep our sales floor running smoothly while delivering great service to every visitor. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Adaptable team player that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail store operations.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Point of Sale Operations: Operate Lightspeed POS registers to process 40 to 60 customer transactions daily with high accuracy, managing cash and card payments effortlessly.
• Inventory & Shelf Restocking: Unpack shipments and restock up to 15 display shelves daily using handheld Zebra barcode scanners to maintain optimal inventory accuracy.
• Floor Maintenance & Presentation: Maintain clean aisleways across 3,000 square feet of retail space by executing hourly safety checks and facing product displays systematically.
• Customer Assistance: Greet approximately 100 shoppers per shift, answering product questions and directing customers to specific store departments to boost overall satisfaction.

• Comfort using basic digital tools, such as digital point-of-sale systems and handheld inventory scanners.
• Physical capability to stand for 5-hour shifts and lift product boxes weighing up to 30 pounds safely.
