Job Summary

From your very first shift, you will directly impact our store's success by unboxing, scanning, and organizing 200+ inventory items daily. We offer flexible 15-to-20-hour weekly schedules designed to fit around your college classes or secondary employment seamlessly. You will serve as Part-Time On-Site, delivering the signature Detail-Oriented Multi-Tasker that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail store operations.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Inventory Processing: Unload daily delivery trucks and process 150 to 300 incoming inventory units per hour using handheld RF scanner devices efficiently.
• Stockroom Organization: Maintain clear stockroom aisles by neatly organizing 50+ product categories according to standardized SKU location guidelines and safety rules.
• Sales Floor Replenishment: Restock front-of-house store displays with 200 items during peak traffic hours to keep product availability at a 98% rate.
• Damage Control and Auditing: Conduct weekly cycle counts using inventory software to verify stock accuracy and report damaged merchandise within 24 hours of arrival.
