Job Summary

We are looking for a part-time team member to work 15 to 25 hours per week with schedules designed around your classes or second job. In this role, you will learn store operations firsthand with clear milestones to advance into shift leadership within your first year. You will serve as Part-time, delivering the signature Goal-oriented learner that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail store operations.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Register Operations: Operate POS software to process 40 plus customer transactions hourly while accurately managing cash drawers and digital payment receipts.
• Merchandising & Restocking: Unload 15 to 20 daily inventory shipments using hand trucks and organize shelf displays using planogram guidelines within two hours.
• Customer Service: Assist 50 daily store guests by answering product questions, locating merchandise, and checking items using handheld Zebra inventory scanners.
• Floor Maintenance: Execute daily 30-minute floor recovery routines to ensure organized displays, clear aisles, and accurate shelf price tagging throughout shifts.
