Job Summary

From day one, you will jump right into keeping our sales floor organized, restocked, and completely ready for customer traffic. This part-time position offers 15 to 25 flexible hours per week that easily fit around your class schedule or second job. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Efficiency-Minded that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail store operations.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Inventory Replenishment: Unpack and tag 50 to 75 merchandise units per hour using Zebra handheld scanners to keep retail display shelves fully stocked daily.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Execute visual merchandising guidelines across 4 core sales floor departments daily to ensure all promotional items are correctly displayed and priced.
• Customer POS Assistance: Process 20 plus guest transactions per shift using Square POS systems while accurately scanning barcodes and handling register bagging efficiently.
• Stockroom Organization: Audit and organize up to 30 inventory bins weekly in the stockroom using digital stock management software to minimize product search times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule of 15 to 25 hours per week including weekend shifts.
• At least 6 months of experience using handheld inventory scanners or mobile POS devices in retail.
• Physical capability to lift up to 35 pounds and remain standing for 5-hour shifts on-site.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and comfort assisting up to 50 retail customers per shift.
