Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Merchandise Display Maintenance: Restock and audit 45 product bays daily using Zebra handheld scanners to ensure 100% pricing accuracy and clean shelf presentation.
• Customer Assistance: Assist an average of 30 retail customers per shift by answering product inquiries and locating inventory using our mobile POS software.
• Inventory Counting: Perform weekly cycle counts across 4 core departments, logging inventory updates in the ERP system to maintain accurate stock counts.
• Promotional Setup: Assemble and position 5 promotional endcap displays every Monday morning following strict visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
