Job Summary

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Greet 40 to 50 store guests daily, using Zebra handheld devices to check inventory and resolve customer inquiries with accuracy.
• Transaction Processing: Operate Square POS terminals to process 30 plus register transactions per hour while maintaining zero cash drawer discrepancies.
• Merchandise Restocking: Restock up to 100 retail items daily, ensuring sales floor displays match current merchandising guidelines and promotional pricing standards.
• Leadership Pathways: Participate in monthly 30-minute career progression check-ins with store managers to track skills required for full-time supervisory roles.

Requirements & Qualifications
