Job Summary

From your very first shift, you will dive into our active store floor, helping up to 50 shoppers daily locate gear and complete purchases. We offer 15 to 25 hours per week with flexible schedules designed to easily accommodate college classes or another job. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Energetic Customer Facilitator that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail store operations.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Checkout: Operate Zebra POS handheld terminals to process 40+ transactions per shift while answering product queries to drive a 90% satisfaction score.
• Floor Restocking & Merchandising: Restock up to 150 visual display items daily using inventory scanners to maintain precise stock counts and clean department presentation standards.
• Sales Promotions & Fitting Rooms: Assist 30 customers during peak hours by organizing fitting rooms and highlighting active 20% discount promotions across key departments.
• Inventory Audit & Tagging: Audit 200 security tags and barcode labels each week with RFID scanners to reduce inventory shrinkage below 1% across assigned aisles.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule of 15 to 25 hours per week including weekend shifts.
