Job Summary

You will work alongside our reliable morning and weekend teams to pack, scan, and sort incoming retail merchandise on a flexible schedule. We offer 15 to 25 hours per week so you can comfortably balance work with classes or family commitments. You will serve as Part-time, delivering the signature Team-oriented efficiency that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the warehouse inventory distribution.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Scanning: Use handheld RF scanners to locate, pick, and clear 85 retail inventory items per hour across our organized racking systems.
• Pallet Unloading & Sorting: Unload up to 12 inventory pallets daily using manual pallet jacks, verifying shipment counts against manifests with 99% accuracy.
• Box Assembly & Packaging: Assemble 150 shipping cartons during each shift using tape dispensers and bubble wrap to protect outgoing store merchandise.
• Inventory Stocking: Restock 40 bin locations daily, updating our WMS software on touchscreen tablets to ensure real-time inventory tracking.

• Minimum of 3 months of experience in retail, customer service, stocking, or warehouse environments.
